Well written assembly instructions and easy assembly. Easy to load both bike and it holds our 2 E-bikes very securely. Could not be happier with our purchase. I also ordered the ramp (it’s great) and the LED Brake Light assembly (also great).
Works great, customer service was very timely with help and input. Installation was very easy. Easy loading, not a lot of movement during trips of bikes on rack.
We like the rack for the bike rack. However we thought we would recieve the ramp that was shown in the ad. It is a separate purchase. I'm sure it's changed now.
