Rack is great

We like the rack for the bike rack. However we thought we would recieve the ramp that was shown in the ad. It is a separate purchase. I'm sure it's changed now.

Great bike rack

Rugged and a great price!

Not the quality I expected

The straps will not lock to hold the bikes in place.

Great ebike rack purchase

This is my 5th ebike rack purchase and the best yet. Rack is rock solid for two of my 80# ebikes. Likely the easiest to load of any I've had to date. Wheel trays and straps included are all that is needed for safe and secure transport.

Really nice quality, strong and easy to load

Assembly was easy and putting my wife's ebbike on the rack was fairly easy and tie down straps work quite well
