Installed this jack on my race trailer. I've been wanting to add one for a while and wish I'd done it sooner. Easy install. Comes with manual handle, and work light, adjustable foot.

This bike rack is specifically made for E-Bikes so i felt extra comfortable using it for my regular non E-Bikes

Looked long and hard for a bike rack rated for my new ebike weighing 60 lbs. Lots of options but purchased the two bike rack with ramp. Very pleased with the quality and ease of loading my ebike using the ramp. Highly recommend for the quality and price. First bike ride in over a decade and look forward to using my OUTFITR easy loading ebike rack for future travel adventures.

We purchased this Outfitr 2-Bike Hitch E-Bike Rack to transport our new e-bikes, and overall, we are very impressed with its strength and ease of use. My bike is a large 26-inch frame with 4-inch fat tires, and my wife’s is a bit smaller; together, they weigh roughly 140 lbs. This rack handles that weight with ease, feeling exceptionally sturdy and secure.

Assembly and Loading:

Easy Setup: Most of the parts come pre-assembled, so getting it ready for the vehicle was extremely simple and straightforward.

Effortless Loading: The included ramp is a lifesaver. Loading heavy e-bikes can be a chore, but using the ramp makes it nearly effortless to get them onto the trays.

Versatile Cradles: The 5-inch wide steel trays and movable cradles easily accommodated my fat tires and the different wheelbases of our two bikes.

Daily Use and Functionality:
The fold and tilt capability is one of my favorite features. Being able to tilt the rack down even when the bikes are fully loaded is a huge plus—it allows me to open the rear hatch of my SUV without any clearance issues. When we aren't using the rack, it folds up against the vehicle easily with one hand.

Important Observations:
While we love the rack, there are two minor issues with the ramp system and one safety consideration for those with larger bikes:

Ramp Storage: There is no dedicated way to stow the ramp on the rack itself once the bikes are loaded. I’ve ended up just tossing it into the back seat of the car.

Ramp Removal: Because my bike has an extremely large wheelbase, I found it somewhat cumbersome and difficult to remove the ramp once the bike was loaded and secured.

Width: With my larger bike, the rear wheel extends almost 2 feet beyond the width of the car. You definitely need to keep this extra clearance in mind when driving and parking.

Verdict:
Despite these small concerns, none of them are deal-breakers. The "Anti-falloff" and "anti-wobble" structures really do keep the bikes from swaying on the road, even on rougher terrain. If you need a rack with a superb 200 lb total capacity and a user-friendly design, this is a fantastic investment!

We purchased the 2-E-bike folding carrier with ramp & lock to carry our 68 lbs. e-bikes. Carrier assembly was easy, construction of the bike rack is made of steel and aluminum and it is very study. With both bikes mounted the rack does no move, not even on speed bumps! The ramp makes loading the bikes easy and it is easy to insert in the 2" receiver and secure. I highly recommend is rack for heavy e-bikes.

Most people have bikes because we are getting older. Having the ramp with the hitch is wonderful. I'm a 61 year old grandma and I put it together by myself.

I just assembled and used the 4 bike rack. Relatively easy to assemble. The design is excellent and modular so that you can use it either as a two bike rack or 4 bike rack. The modularity also allows one to more easily handle it when attaching to the bumper hitch.
Also as my photo shows storage is amazing for such a system! It will fit in a closet or garage area out of the way with no problem!

What’s Great:
Solid, heavy-duty construction: The Outfitr Swing Arm Kit feels robust and well built. When mounted properly, the swing arm gives a very secure foundation; it doesn't feel flimsy or prone to flex — so you get real confidence mounting bikes and driving on rough roads.
Reliable locking / double-lock mechanism: A major selling point is how the swing-out is secured: once locked it stays reliably in place, and the double-lock mechanism ensures the rack won’t unexpectedly swing out while driving. That kind of redundant safety inspires a lot of trust, especially when hauling bikes on highways or through bumpy terrain.
Stability under load: With the rack in place, everything feels stable, even when fully loaded. The swing-arm mechanism does its job, holding the rack firmly and minimizing wobble or shaking — which many standard hitch-mounted racks struggle with. Swing-away racks like this are often praised for their durability and the enhanced stability they offer compared to simpler hitch or trunk-mounted systems.

Convenience & rear access: Because the rack swings out of the way, you don’t have to remove the bikes to get to your hatch or rear cargo — a huge advantage on trips when you need frequent access to the back of your vehicle. This convenience is often highlighted as the main reason people choose swing-arm solutions.

Where It Could Be Better:
Protrudes quite far from the vehicle: The biggest downside I noticed is that the rack — when mounted — sticks out a fair distance behind the vehicle. For some cars this doesn’t matter much, but for others it can make parking, backing up, or navigating tight spaces more challenging. It also increases overall vehicle length, which can be a hassle in compact parking lots or among heavy traffic. Extended overhang is a commonly noted trade-off with swing-arm / hitch racks.

Missed opportunity to engineer a closer-fit design:
Given how well the rest of the kit is built, it feels like there was room to improve the design so the rack sits closer to the rear of the vehicle. A more compact swing-arm — or a shorter offset — might have achieved the same “swing-out for access” functionality without making the car significantly longer overall.

Verdict:
Overall, the Outfitr Swing Arm Kit is a very solid, high-value choice for anyone who frequently transports bikes and wants the convenience of rear-access without unloading everything. Its strong construction, stable swing-out mechanism, and secure locking give real peace of mind and a sense of long-term durability. This kit delivers almost everything you want in a swing-arm rack.

ASSEMBLY WENT WILL. FITMENT WITH THE BIKES WAS GREAT.

My concern with buying this is whether it would work with my wife’s step-through bike. It works perfectly! So easy to load both bikes and they are rock solid. The rack is strong, well built metal but easy to maneuver and quick to load/unload bikes. Plus I can access my SUV hatch when I carry one bike (outside) or when it’s folded and low profile for driving around town. It’s possible to tilt the rack back with two bikes on it but they don’t recommend it and it’s so quick to pull the inside bike off anyway I don’t worry about it.

This rack is very well made. It fits my bike perfectly along with a friend's. The straps keep it secure. The hitch bolt is kind of a pain as it has to screw in versus pushed through. Lining it up can be tricky. Also, it doesn't have any side stability, so when you go down a gravel, bumpy road, it oscillates A LOT. But I like how you can drop it down to load and push it up to take off. Good engineering.

Its fit and look good

This worked out perfectly for toting around my nearly 100lb E-bike. I highly recommend it to everybody looking for a lightweight inexpensive bike rack.
