Great bike rack for fat-tire bikes and heavier bikes. Easy to install, sturdy, and works exactly as expected. Highly recommended!

I purchased the foldable single e-bike rack from OutfitR 2 weeks ago and am very happy with the quality and easy of assembly of the rack. The item was well packed for shipment and the parts were made from quality steel and aluminum. Took just over an hour to assemble and mount the rack onto the truck's 2" receiver. I've now been able taken my e-bike to some new places and want to thank OutfitR for providing such a good product, I would recommend this item to anyone who asked. Thanks

No heavy lifting my bike weighs close to eighty pounds so I’m glad I have the ramp , no back strain loading or unloading

Right out of the box I was impressed with the heavy guage construction. This makes the rack itself fairly heavy when mouting or removing as I switch between the RV and truck. Of particular interest is the quality of the welds. All were complete without any gaps or holes. Very nice job.
Loading the bikes with the ramp still takes some effort as our bikes are in the 80+ lb range. But still better than retiree's trying to pickup an e-bike to load.
The rachet strap system works very well. I'd like to see some changes in the vertical stabilizer as it gets in the way when loading/unloading.
Travel was fairly stable. As with any rack, there is some wobble on rough roads. All straps stayed tight and we made it to our destinations without any issues.
Of all the racks I've owned and looked at, this is definately a lot of bang for the buck. I highly recommend this to e-bike owners on the go.

This makes loading my e-bike super easy. It also holds my bike securely even on the rocky trails through the woods on the deer lease. I highly recommend this rack.

The quality and attention to detail made this purchase worthwhile. The cover fits my smaller ebike just fine and the straps to keep it from blowing off during travel appear to hold it though I will add an addition strap because of strong winds. Recommend this rack and the seller, Outfitr

If you are on the fence about this 2 bike rack its worth it. Ive been looking at local bike shops for a trailer hitch rack and they are going for over a $1000. This one with the ramp makes my 2 large Aventon Adventure 2 bikes loading and unloading a breeze! What is even more of a selling point is that it was easy to put together. I'm a real person who usually isnt happy when buying stuff like this online.

Great 2 bike option, good price

I bought the 2 bike carrier. It was easy to put together but after using a few time, I made a few adjustments to the rear carrier. I reversed the straps, so I could attach all straps from the front. But a few weeks ago, I was rear ended with carrier on my pickup truck. This carrier is heavy-duty. I had NO damage to my truck or Ebikes. Rear carrier was bent and the handle was bent under. But it still works. The car that hit me was totaled. So I bought another. Heavy, but love it

The investment we made on the 3 bike rack changed our summer. Ee can now SAFELY and easily go on bike rides in areas we didn't before. Great product, great value, 100% recommended.

It’s the perfect size and sturdiness for my e-bike and was very easy to assemble. The only difficult part was installing the screw lock. It would be helpful to specify which socket size works with that screw for use with an electric drill, since using a hand wrench takes a long time.
