Single Hitch E-Bike Rack with Ramp, Foldable

Everything went together perfectly everything fit perfectly. I think it's a high-quality E bike lift for the money.

I was honestly surprised at how sturdy this rack is. Instructions could use clearer illustrations. I bought the hitch tightener for the connection to the truck. There’s still a lot of wobble within the rack itself. Wondering if another hitch tightener somewhere would help…

I added some reflective stickers in hopes of avoiding rear-end collisions.

This rack is very sturdy. Doesn't wobble much when driving. It is easy to detach the ramp and place it on the side of the rack. The racheting straps are easy to use and keep the e-bike nice and tight. I knew before I bought it that the connector to the hitch is a 5/8" or so threaded hex head bolt, but it is a real pain to get it on and off. I got the ramp rack so it would be easier to load my heavy e-bike, but the bolt isn't easy to get on or off. Fortunately, I have a friend who has a heavy duty drill press and he drilled out the threads. I now can use a very easy to place hitch pin with a cotter pin or I use a locking hitch pin. I suggest that the threaded insert to not be used for this rack. Also, in other reviews, the reviewers were right that the instructions are hard to follow and don't have any written instructions, you have to guess on what the diagrams mean. It gets real frustrating.

The rack is heavy duty and at 200lbs I can bounce up and down on it without flexing it. The pictorial instructions help and assembly was straightforward, but I've done a lot of mechanical work and have good tools.

I love my new bike rack. Fairly easy to assemble. The ramp makes loading my e bike a breeze.
