Everything went together perfectly everything fit perfectly. I think it's a high-quality E bike lift for the money.

I was honestly surprised at how sturdy this rack is. Instructions could use clearer illustrations. I bought the hitch tightener for the connection to the truck. There’s still a lot of wobble within the rack itself. Wondering if another hitch tightener somewhere would help…

I added some reflective stickers in hopes of avoiding rear-end collisions.

This bike rack is just what I was looking for for my fat tire electric bike. It was so much less expensive than the name brands that I wasn’t sure about the quality. It is great. My bike fits easily and securely on the rack.

Quality of the rack is very good. Ramp makes loading my e-bike easier. Three points of fastening the bike to the rack really stabilizes it and minimizes any movement when driving
