For the price it is solid and lightweight, and attaches to hitch easily and seems sturdy. The bike loaded onto rack effortlessly and once strapped in it felt very secured. The only thing I’m not a fan of is having to use a ratchet to secure the rack to the hitch.

Only thing need is a way to lock my bike.

I was hesitant to give this a five-star but I only did because way it is lightweight. I have some pros and cons about it. Pro is it is lightweight and folds up or it will not stick out. Cons are instructions. Could be a little bit better with word instructions along with the pictures also had issues with the back tire block. Would not lock down when loading bike, I ended up taking off the rubber tip at the edge of ramp pull off and readjust the screw. A suggestion would be to make this a spring loaded screw so you can twist it properly to tighten down. Took longer to put this together than it should have. It's still a great product. You just need to make some adjustments.

Considering the E bike is way heavier and a little harder to lift up completely put in the back of your truck after a long day. I really am glad I purchased this. Wish I bought it the first time bought a cheaper one, but the weight band.

I had waited 7 weeks for a bike rack from a competitor. Finally cancelled that order and purchased this item and it showed up on my door within 2 days. This thing survived a 1,400 miles of highway travel and 100 miles of rough backcountry in the Big Bend area in TX. Great product at a reasonable price.
