Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at OutfitR.

If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Warranty Period

All products purchased from OutfitR come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your product within the warranty period. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

At OutfitR, we strive to provide free returns. While we typically cover all return shipping costs, there are exceptions where we cannot bear the return fee:

  • Delayed Delivery: If the delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot offer free returns.
  • Personal Preference: Returns initiated because the item is not wanted, needed, or liked are not eligible for free return shipping.
  • User Misoperation or Incorrect Purchase: Any damage caused by user misoperation or if the wrong item was purchased is not covered under our free return policy.
  • Size and Compatibility: Since our products are used in various situations, if a customer does not verify the product size before purchase and it does not meet their needs, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend checking all measurements before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at support@outfitrer.com. Please include your order number and reason, and the necessary pictures or videos for return in your email.

2. Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

4. Email us the tracking number after returning your item so we can track its progress.

5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including the shipping fee of your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchange Process:

1. Contact us at support@outfitrer.com to initiate an exchange. Please include your order number, the reason for exchange, and the product you would like to receive in exchange.

2. Follow steps 3-5 of the return process outlined above.

3. We will ship the new item you want after receiving and inspecting the returned package.

4. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either refund the difference or request payment for the additional amount.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery. Contact our Customer Support team at support@outfitrer.com and include a photo of the damaged item. We will provide compensation or send a replacement item, depending on the situation.
