I had waited 7 weeks for a bike rack from a competitor. Finally cancelled that order and purchased this item and it showed up on my door within 2 days. This thing survived a 1,400 miles of highway travel and 100 miles of rough backcountry in the Big Bend area in TX. Great product at a reasonable price.

it works great, even on different wheelbases. holds the ebike great.

It took me awhile to assemble the rack as parts of instructions seemed to be from IKEA. Lol

I do have a question- where does ramp wire tie into?

Recently purchased a way to get my 77lb Ebike from point A to point B. This rack has definitely met the criteria for me.
Lightweight- easy to mount onto my 2” hitch at my modest mature age in life. Easy to load the bike with the accompanying ramp “A+”
Secure- has all the well thought out straps as well vertical and horizontal security for those road ventures.

I would give 5 stars except for the hitch pin . If it came with a locking pin instead of a screw in pin it would be perfect. Who wants to hunt down a ratchet and socket every time you want to install or remove the carrier? I got this model because as a 77yr old active woman I cannot lift my e-bike into the bed of my pickup. This carrier with the ramp solved all my problems. Great workmanship and price. You can’t go wrong with this choice.
