Love this ramp! This makes loading our bikes so much easier. This is also my 2nd purchase from Outfiter’s, notice the bike rack in the pic. 😉
I can easily load and unload our e-bikes by myself with the ramp.

Very sturdy and wish it came in a longer length to avoid a steep incline.
I ordered a ramp and then changed my mind two days later. I tried calling to cancel order but was directed to their email process. They sent me an email instructing me to just refuse the ramp when it arrives and it would be returned to Outfitrer who would then issue me a refund. 5/2/25 the ramp arrived and we refused it and returned to Vendor. 5/12/25 we received a confirmation from USPS including a tracking number confirming that the ramp was delivered to Outfitrer. On 5/20/25 Outfitrer customer ask by email for the Order number which I provided. It is now May 23 2025 and we still have not received our refund. They do accept phone calls so we keep sending emails but no response. Will not be doing any future business with Outfitrer!
