Perfect design and easy to use!
We needed a new bike rack for our 2 new E-bikes. The old one just didn't have enough space between the cradles. This rack serves the purpose very well. I like steel when it comes to bike racks and this rack has that. Its very well made and it is heavy, but I don't mine that. I store it close to the vehicle so its installed easily and I know its not going to fall apart. I did have to widen one of the pre-drilled holes in order to get one of the bolts inserted but it was no big deal. The cradle bars don't seem to be as long as some and we have full size E bikes but they still fit. The rubber ratchet straps work nicely but I do wonder how long they will last before they have to be replaced with new ones. Overall very pleased with this rack.
The rack is great, I really like it. It was a little hard to assemble.
Good quality and durability. Holds two electric bikes very well.
