When I was searching for a rack, the requirement was one that would accommodate an e-bike with fenders. Most of the high-end racks have a bar that holds the wheel in place. This rack doesn’t have all the features as some of the other racks, but for the price point , it is perfect. It has a ramp incorporated in it, which makes it nice for heavy bikes. It was not too difficult to put together and fits in my truck perfectly.
Rack is very solid for carrying 2 bikes. The directions for assembly could have been much better. Would like to have had a step by step narrative instead of just a picture. Overall I would recommend for someone needing a carrier for 2 heavy ebikes. We will use on our 27 ft motorhome.
I had a Swagman rack on the back of my RV. It swayed and the bikes chipped the pint off in 2 spots. This Outfitr rack is amazing. Solid, easy to load, sleek...just perfect. Should have bought this ages ago
No shake, rattle, or roll after installation. Very solid and stable while driving with 2 80lb e-bikes on it.
